Version 1.0 — June 2026 · PolisMoment
1. What PolisMoment is — and isn't
PolisMoment connects people at important situations with one independent financial advice firm for a free insurance check. PolisMoment does not itself advise on or arrange insurance and makes no recommendations for specific products or providers. The advice comes solely from the AFM-registered advice firm you speak with.
2. The service is free for you
You pay nothing for the check and are under no obligation. PolisMoment receives a fee from the advice firm for passing on your request — only with your explicit consent. The advice firm works without commission on policies; any costs for extensive advice or arranging cover afterwards are discussed transparently with you in advance.
3. The call promise — part of these terms
These agreements form the core of our service and you can enforce them with us:
- Your data goes to exactly one AFM-certified advice firm.
- Within 30 days of your request; after that your data is deleted if there was no contact.
- After a "no" you are never contacted again.
- Your data is never resold to third parties.
If one of these agreements is breached, report it via .... We investigate every report and get back to you within 10 working days about what we've done.
4. Your request
You warrant that the details you enter are correct and relate to you, and that you are 18 or older. Submitting a request on behalf of someone else is only allowed with their explicit consent.
5. Liability
PolisMoment makes every effort to provide a careful service, but is not liable for the content of the advice firm's advice or for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or deliberate recklessness, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in full in our privacy statement, which forms an inseparable part of these terms. In the event of conflict, the interpretation most favourable to you applies.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. We prefer to resolve disputes together first; if that fails, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you retain all rights the law grants you.
